Unlike most contractors that try and sell you or push what’s in their best interest, Eric and Amanda took the time to get to know us and our likes and preferences, they incorporated our personality into their designs, they took our ideas and visions and made them a reality while exceeding all our expectations. New second floor, covered Lanai 25' X 12' extention from exsisting Balcony. The Castaway Construction experience was great. Eric was on top of the project from the contract, permitting, ordering supplies and scheduleing subs. Although there were supply delays, Eric and Amanda did all they could do to expedite deliveries, to keep the project on schedule. Special thanks to Chris and crew from "Inside out" Framing. Eric, Amanda, Mike and Jeremy, were extremely helpful during chunch time at the end of the project.
