New second floor, covered Lanai 25' X 12' extention from exsisting Balcony. The Castaway Construction experience was great. Eric was on top of the project from the contract, permitting, ordering supplies and scheduleing subs. Although there were supply delays, Eric and Amanda did all they could do to expedite deliveries, to keep the project on schedule. Special thanks to Chris and crew from "Inside out" Framing.
